Yes – you can place your order online with IRO Sushi, which you can then collect from your nearest location or have delivered to your door as promptly as possible.

We accept online bookings for a maximum of six people at select IRO Sushi locations.  If you would prefer to book by phone, call your preferred IRO Sushi location anytime.

Delivery times vary on the basis of numerous factors, including peak order hours, traffic conditions and distance from your nearest IRO Sushi location. However, we will always do our best to get your order delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. Please call prior to ordering for an approximate delivery time.

We accept cash payments at our sushi restaurants and takeout locations, along with all major credit and debit cards for online orders. All online orders are processed securely to ensure a safe transaction.

Yes – our products are available for delivery via several of London’s largest independent food delivery companies. We also deliver directly using our own delivery drivers for guaranteed freshness and unbeatable value for money. We offer a 10% discount for customers ordering directly from us.

It depends entirely on your appetite, but we recommend ordering approximately 15 to 25 pieces per person. Sushi roll size can vary significantly from one product to the next – call your local restaurant or email [email protected] anytime for more information on portion size.

Is it usually safe to eat sushi and other dishes made with raw fish when you’re pregnant.? Depending on what fish the sushi is made from, you may need to make sure that it’s been frozen first to ensure the removal of parasites. Also limit the amount of some types of fish that you eat while pregnant, such as tuna and oily fish. NHS advice is: What to limit • you should eat no more than 2 portions of oily fish a week, such as salmon, trout, mackerel or herring. • you should eat no more than 2 tuna steaks (about 140g cooked or 170g raw) or 4 medium-size cans of tuna (about 140g when drained) per week. Eating fish while trying to get pregnant, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding Eating fish is good for your health and the development of your baby. However, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid some types of fish and limit the amount they eat of some others. This is because of the levels of mercury and pollutants that some fish can contain. When pregnant, you can reduce your risk of food poisoning by avoiding raw shellfish and making sure that any shellfish you eat is cooked thoroughly. Oily fish: all girls and women who haven’t been through the menopause yet, including those trying for a baby, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, should have no more than 2 portions of oily fish a week. A portion is around 140g. Tuna: if you are trying for a baby or are pregnant, you should have no more than 4 cans of tuna a week or no more than 2 tuna steaks a week. This is because tuna contains higher levels of mercury than other fish. If you are breastfeeding, there is no limit on how much tuna you can eat. January 2021 ~ 58 ~ These figures are based on a medium-sized can of tuna with a drained weight of around 140g per can and a 140g cooked steak. Remember, tuna doesn’t count as oily fish. So if you’ve had a portion of tuna during the week, you can still have up to 2 portions (women) or 4 portions (men) of oily fish. Unless your GP advises otherwise, avoid taking fish liver oil supplements when you’re pregnant or trying for a baby. These are high in vitamin A (retinol), which can be harmful to your unborn baby. Pregnant women are advised to avoid taking supplements that contain vitamin A

We strongly recommend enjoying your such fresh for maximum enjoyment. However, it is possible to keep your leftover food in the fridge for around 12 hours, after which it will need to be discarded. Leftover sushi should be cooled as quickly as possible – never left at room temperature.

Yes, Our fresh chicken used for katsu, teriyaki noodles is Halal.

Only pre made items such as Chicken gyoza, yakitori, karaage and duck items are not Halal prepared.
