Hours: 40 hours 

Salary: £42,000-£52,000 Annually

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead and support our IT systems across head office and stores. This role is responsible for IT infrastructure, user support, cyber security, supplier management, system improvements, and supporting store operations.

You’ll need strong experience in IT systems administration, networking, Microsoft 365, cyber security, and multi-site support. Hospitality, retail, or franchise experience would be beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in a key role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT systems across head office and store locations
  • Set up, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and user accounts
  • Monitor IT performance, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Oversee cyber security controls, threat monitoring, access management, backups, and incident response
  • Ensure systems are secure, updated, and compliant with company policies and best practice
  • Work with third-party providers and vendors to ensure high service levels and good value
  • Recommend and implement improvements that strengthen business continuity, security, and operational efficiency
  • Provide support and guidance to head office teams and store managers on IT-related matters
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Previous experience in an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar hands-on IT role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, user support, and systems administration
  • Experience with cyber security monitoring, threat prevention, backups, and access controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple sites and prioritise effectively
  • Experience working with third-party IT suppliers and service providers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and make improvements
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, franchising, or multi-site operations would be an advantage
