We are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and customer engagement across our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands food, retail, and franchise-style marketing, and who can deliver campaigns that drive sales, strengthen brand presence, and support store performance.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across digital channels, local store campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and customer loyalty initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the Iro Sushi brand remains consistent, engaging, and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, footfall, online orders, and sales
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new menu launches
- Manage local store marketing activity to support individual branch performance
- Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO, and paid advertising
- Work with delivery partners and external platforms to maximise promotional opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour within the food and hospitality sector
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the Iro Sushi brand consistently
- Analyse campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and other external suppliers
- Support store openings, community marketing, and partnership opportunities
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, food retail, restaurant, or franchise businesses
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand campaigns, and local store marketing
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and highly organised
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into practical results
- Passion for food, customer experience, and brand growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media, content planning, and paid campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Experience supporting multi-site or franchise operations is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach
